Many patients view a hospital stay as an extraordinary situation and associate it with fears and worries. For medical staff as well, the daily routine at the hospital can be a real challenge—not least due to the shortage of skilled workers. We provide digital solutions that support patients and streamline hospital processes.
In a project with the University Hospital of LMU Munich, for instance, we are developing an app to guide patients through the entire surgical process, from scheduling to postoperative care, replacing inefficient paper-based workflows.
Digital invitations, online consent forms, checklists, and reminders reduce no-shows, improve preparation, and ease staff burdens. During the hospital stay, navigation tools, targeted information, and real-time updates provide transparency, minimize the need for follow-up inquiries, and improve the patient experience. After surgery, structured postoperative care and digital reminders ensure that complications are detected early and the risk of readmission is reduced.
